Q: Is the unit unlocked?
A: Yes the device is unlocked and used with all operators!

Q: Am I in this unit to 2 SIM cards simultaneously accessible?
A: Yes! Both SIM cards can also independently on / off.

Q: Can this device with Outlook / Windows sync
A: That is not possible. Once the unit to the PC, it acts as an external memory. You can easily see files / music etc to move the phone.

Q: How long does the battery usually last?
A: Our experience is 3-6 days. Using WiFi, Bluetooth, etc. may shorten course.

Q: How does this unit from the AC Raven?
A: The Raven has no touchscreen, no trackball navigation key and a 1.3MP camera instead of 3.2MP for Blackbird. But the Raven is equipped with a 3.5mm headphone jack. This Blackbird has not.
