- Shipment
We ship with Dutch carrier TNT Post. The customer will pay for the
shipment costs of €4,- world-wide. Dual-Sim.EU cannot be held responsible
for damage during shipment.
- Delivery Time
After receiving your payment, we will immediately ship your order. Within
Europe, delivery time is between 3-5 working days. Outside Europe,
delivery time varies between 5-10 working days.
- Returning
If the customer is not satisfied with the product, the product can be
returned
within 7 days after receiving the package. However, the product can only be
returned if it is un-used. The customer can chose
for either a refund of the money or an other product.
